We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Titan upper cord hook (Part #571039114) is a replacement clip that holds the power cord at the top of the Titan T3600 bagged upright. It forms the upper anchor for the wound cord during storage.
The upper hook bears the weight of the coiled cord and can crack or snap after repeated winding. A broken hook lets the cord unravel and tangle. A new hook keeps the cord coiled neatly and clear of the floor.
