We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Titan Screw is an OEM fastener for the Titan TC6000.2 that matches the original thread pitch and length exactly. Small as it is, this piece of hardware holds housing panels and internal components in their proper position.
