For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Graphite is the darkest of the AIRBELT body finishes, and 8328GSER is the upper moulding in that colour for the SEBO AIRBELT E3 Premium. The top casing occupies position 22 on SEBO's AIRBELT E diagram: it caps the machine, closing off the bag chamber and the motor section, and carries the fixings that everything sitting above the bag compartment screws down into.

The pairing worth memorising is 8328GSER and 8335GSER. GS is the graphite code, 8328 is the top half of the shell and 8335 is the base. Transpose those four digits and a perfectly good moulding for the opposite end of the machine turns up. Shade changes the letters rather than the digits, so the red top casing is 8328DRER and the black one 8328SWER — all three are the same tool in a different colour.

What sends people here is impact rather than wear. A star-crack after the machine has gone over on tile, a corner broken clean off, or a snapped screw boss that leaves the lid seating unevenly. The casing is cosmetic and structural at the same time, so a broken one both looks tired and stops the shell closing square against the base. Nothing inside is affected: the vacuum motor, the pre-motor filter box 8322AM and the bag chamber all transfer to the new panel, which keeps the job to a strip and rebuild rather than a replacement machine.

Ordering the hardware alongside is easy to overlook. SEBO catalogues the small fasteners on their own, singly or in tens — 0103 and 0103ER cover the 3.9 x 16 screw, 0104 and 0104ER the 3.9 x 25 — so a fixing that strips while the old casing is coming off can go on the same order as the moulding.
