Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 500DRIVEBELT turns the floor nozzle on the Vapamore MR500 Vento canister, and the same belt is listed for the Bissell 3535-1 and 50C9, the Carpet Pro CPU85, the Kenmore BC3060, and the Oreck U2000R-1 and U2000RB2L-1.

Losing this belt does not stop the vacuum from running, only from cleaning carpet properly. The nozzle motor keeps drawing air either way, so on hard flooring the machine can seem completely fine while the roller sits idle. It is only once the nozzle crosses onto carpet that the gap shows up, with pile that stays flat and matted instead of getting fluffed and lifted the way a spinning brush would leave it.
