We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Of the two internal wire ties SEBO stocks, 5401 is the shorter one. The ESSENTIAL G4/G5 drawing lists it at item 143 as the outer tie under the bottom plate, and SEBO's ET power head sheet carries it at item 137 in the same outer position.
Those two references say most of what needs saying about where it lives. This is the tie that gathers the loom running along the underside of a machine or through a power head and holds it away from the brush roll, the drive and everything else down there that turns. On the power head sheet it sits within a few positions of the motor pulley and the switch assembly, which is exactly the area where loose wiring has somewhere dangerous to go.
Ties get cut to reach something during a repair and are then easy to overlook when the machine goes back together. A loom left unsecured does not fail immediately; it drifts, finds a moving part or a hot surface, and shows up months later as a chafed lead. Length matters as much as presence: the longer tie leaves slack where this shorter one pulls the bundle in properly, so use the number the diagram specifies for the position rather than whichever one is in the drawer. The long version is 5402.
