Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the 40-foot yellow power cord for Carpet Pro commercial uprights, built in 18-gauge three-conductor and sold as part 14.105. Carpet Pro also number it CP-30105. It fits the CPU2 with a serial number before 9C007576, along with the CPU2T, CPU4N, CPU4T, CPU75, CPU75T, CPU85 and CPU85T.
Yellow is not decoration on a commercial machine. A high-visibility cord is far less likely to be tripped over or run down by a second operator. The cord flexes hardest where it leaves the handle, and that is where the jacket cracks and the conductors eventually break, giving you a machine that cuts out whenever the cord is moved.
Replace any cord showing exposed copper, a cut jacket or a loose plug straight away. Note the serial break on the CPU2 and check your data plate before ordering.
