We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the base brush from the cleaning head of the Bissell PowerGroom Pet 4104, Bissell part 2031284. It sits in the nozzle base alongside the brush roll and sweeps the floor at the edge of the suction opening, catching the finer material the roll throws forward.
Base brushes wear quietly. The bristle row flattens, loses contact with the floor, and dust starts skating past the nozzle instead of being drawn in. Most people notice it as a thin line of grit left behind on hard floors, or as a machine that needs two passes where it used to need one.
It also fits the PowerForce Turbo 6585. Those two machines are the only fitment we can verify for this part, so check the model number moulded into the base of your vacuum before ordering.
