Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Bissell part 1608837 is the lower cord wrap fitted to the Pet Hair Eraser uprights, covering the 1650 series: the 1650A, 1650C, 1650P, 1650R, 1650W, 16501, 16502 and 16508.
This is the hook at the bottom of the cord storage that the power lead loops around. It snaps at the base, usually the day someone pulls the cord free with a flick instead of unwinding it, and after that the cord will not stay on the machine. It drops, gets stood on, and works its way under the wheels.
Replacing the wrap is a small job that heads off a much larger one, since a cord that lives on the floor is a cord that eventually gets nicked. Wind it loosely around the new hook rather than pulling it tight at the root.
