We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Hose assembly for the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser 1650 upright, part 1608846, covering the 1650, 1650A, 1650C, 1650P, 1650R, 1650W, 16501, 16502 and 16508.
This is the flexible hose you pull off the machine to use with the wand and tools, and it also carries airflow when the vacuum is used on the floor. It fails in two ways: a split along a bend, which lets air in and kills suction at the tool end, and a blockage, which does the same thing from the other direction. Both feel like a dying motor from the handle.
The quick test is to detach the hose and check suction at the port. Full at the machine and weak at the tool means the hose is the problem, and swapping the complete assembly renews the cuffs at both ends along with the tube.
