Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Tangle-free multi-surface pet brush roll for the corded Bissell CrossWave, part 1613568. The bristle pattern is the whole point: hair works its way off the roller instead of winding into a solid band at the ends, and the scrubby bristles are there to lift pet messes off sealed hard floors as well as area rugs.
Even a tangle-free roller wears out. Once the bristles soften and splay, the machine stops scrubbing and starts spreading, so a dried mess gets wet and smeared rather than lifted, and rugs come up damp but not clean. A roller that is hard to turn by hand is dragging on its bearings too.
It fits the CrossWave 2306 and 2328 and the corded 1785 series, including the 1785C, 1785D and 1785F. Rinse it and let it dry after each wash, because a roller left wet in the foot is the usual source of the smell.
