Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Complete handle assembly for the Bissell CrossWave Pet wet/dry vacuum, part 1614242. It is the upper handle you steer and trigger the machine with, supplied as an assembly rather than as separate mouldings.
Handles on wet machines take an unusual beating. They get grabbed with wet hands, leaned on, and caught on door frames while the operator is watching the floor. What fails is the plastic around the trigger housing or at the joint to the body, and once that has cracked the handle flexes, the trigger travel goes vague, and the machine becomes unpleasant to control.
It fits the CrossWave 2303, 2305, 2305K, 2306, 23062, 23068, 2306A and 2328. It goes on without modification, but note how the wiring is routed as you take the old one off.
