Bissell Foot Motor Circuit ...

Product details

The foot motor on a Big Green is switched and controlled by its own small board, and 2037434 is the replacement. It fits the 86T3 and 40M1 Big Green Clean Machines, the 10N2 commercial extractor and the BG10.

Symptoms sit squarely on the brush side of the machine. Suction and spray behave normally while the brush refuses to start, cuts out part way through a job, or only comes on when the handle happens to be at a certain angle. If the foot motor itself is sound and the belt is intact, this board is next in line.

Work with the machine unplugged, and note which lead goes where before anything comes off. Boards this size have their connectors close enough together that a swap is easy to make and very hard to spot afterwards.
