We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. When the suction motor on a Bissell 86T3 Big Green Clean Machine gives up, 2037432 is the assembly that replaces it. The same motor serves the 40M1 series, the 10N2 commercial extractor, the BG10 and the 3288.
Motors in wet extractors lead a harder life than motors in dry vacuums, because anything that gets past the recovery screen arrives at their door. They fail in recognizable stages: bearing rumble that worsens as the machine warms up, then arcing that puts a hot smell through the exhaust, then a motor that cuts out under load and restarts once it has cooled.
Before fitting a replacement, work out what killed the old one. A blinded recovery screen, a leaking float shut-off or a chronically overfilled tank will take the new motor out the same way, usually sooner than it took the first.
