Bissell Internal Air Duct

Product details

The short air duct carries recovery airflow from the nozzle up into the tank on a Bissell deep cleaner, and part 2036814 is the molding that does it. Our fitment data confirms the 1383; research on the same part number spans the ProHeat 2X Powersteamer range, 8920, 8930, 9200, 9300, 9400 and their lettered variants, plus the 9500, 66Q4 and 66Q42.

Ducts crack at the elbow and split along the molding seam. Because the fault sits upstream of the tank, the machine keeps running and simply stops lifting water out of the carpet: you finish a room to find it soaked and the recovery tank barely filled.

Hold the old duct up to a light before fitting the new one. Hairline splits are easy to miss and easy to blame on the wrong part.
