Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part B370-1700B is a replacement axle and bottom plate tray for the base of the Titan T500. The same assembly also fits the Maytag M500, the Fuller Brush FB-SM, the Clean Max ZM800, and the Carpet Pro ZM-400 and CP-ULW.

Together, the axle supports the rear wheel set while the tray forms the floor of the machine's underside, closing off that cavity from dust and debris.

A bent axle or a cracked tray shows up as a machine that is harder to push, a wheel that drags instead of rolling free, or a cleaning-height adjustment that no longer holds its setting. A damaged wheel or axle can also mark hardwood, tile and laminate as it rolls. A sound assembly restores smooth, level rolling.

Fit the axle and tray with the base plate removed, and check wheel condition at the same time since both wear together. Wheels that no longer spin freely, or a base that rocks instead of sitting flat, are worth tracing back to the axle and tray before the wheels themselves are replaced.
