We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The base tray is the lower body panel these uprights sit on, and this version, part B283-5400, comes with the furniture guard fitted. It covers the Carpet Pro CPU250, CPU350 and CMNR, the Fuller Brush FBEZM, the Simplicity S20EZM and S20PET, the Riccar S20EZM, the Titan T3200 and the CleanMax Nitro CMNR-QD.
The furniture guard is the raised rim that meets chair legs and cabinet kickboards before the hard plastic does. Once it has been ground down or torn away, the tray itself starts collecting the damage, and the marks begin appearing on furniture instead. Trays also crack from stair drops and warp from heat.
Replacing the tray with the guard in place restores both the structure underneath the machine and the protection around it. Worth doing before a cracked tray starts flexing under the motor mounts.
