Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the 38 inch on-board attachment hose for the Carpet Pro CPU-250 and CPU-350 uprights, part C283-2800. The same hose is used on the Titan T3200, the CleanMax CMNR-QD, the Fuller Brush FBEZM, and the Riccar and Simplicity S20EZM.

This hose carries suction from the machine to hand tools rather than to the floor nozzle, so its condition only shows up when you reach for the crevice tool or upholstery brush. A hose that has kinked permanently, split at a cuff, or opened a hairline crack will still let the machine clean carpet normally while leaving stairs, furniture, and tight corners with almost no pickup at all, which is what makes the fault easy to miss until you actually reach for a hand tool.
