Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

Part C283-2500 is the suction relief valve for the Simplicity S20EZM and Titan T3200, and it also fits the Riccar S20EZM, the Fuller Brush FBEZM and the Carpet Pro CPU250 and CPU350. It sits in the airflow path and opens to admit outside air whenever vacuum pressure inside the machine climbs too high.

That matters most when something restricts the airflow: a full bag, a sock in the hose, a nozzle pressed hard into deep carpet. A working valve bleeds off the pressure and lets the motor keep cooling itself. One stuck shut lets pressure build until the motor runs hot, and one stuck open bleeds away suction you should be getting at the floor.

If the machine whistles at idle or runs hot with a clean bag fitted, the valve is worth checking before anything else.
