We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part B283-0038 is a rear wheel replacement for the Titan T3200, the Riccar and Simplicity S20EZM, and the Carpet Pro CPU250 and CPU350, as well as the Fuller Brush FBEZM.
The rear wheel carries part of the machine's weight and lets an upright roll and pivot as you work it back and forth across a room. Constant contact with floor transitions, cords, and furniture legs wears the tread flat or lets carpet fiber wind tight around the axle, and either problem turns smooth rolling into dragging or veering to one side.

It installs at the original axle mount as a direct swap. Confirm the wheel and axle size against your machine before ordering.
Replacing a rear wheel is a good moment to check the wheel on the opposite side too. Uprights that see years of the same push-and-pull motion often wear both rear wheels down at close to the same rate, and swapping only the flat one can leave the base tracking unevenly across a room. If the axle post itself is corroded or bent, address that first, since a damaged post will flatten a new wheel the same way it flattened the old one.
