We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Light gray to match the ESSENTIAL G bodywork, part 5045HG is the wand that rides on board a SEBO G series upright and comes off to reach curtains, upholstery, high shelving and stair treads. It locks into the original holder with nothing else to change, so the machine looks and works exactly as it did when new.
Wands get dropped, trodden on and pulled out of hoses at an angle, and the ends are where that shows first. Once the collar has split, the joint whistles instead of sealing and the tool at the far end loses most of its pull. A replacement tube ends that in seconds, and it is a far quicker diagnosis than chasing the same lost suction through bags and filters. A tube that has been crushed underfoot is the other common case; the narrowed section throttles airflow permanently and no amount of cleaning brings it back.
