We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Filtration depends on the chamber as much as on the bag inside it, because air that finds a way around the paper never gets filtered at all. SEBO 5755DB is the complete dust bag compartment in dark blue for AUTOMATIC X4 and AUTOMATIC X5 uprights, bumper included.
Most replacements come down to one of two faults. A shell that has split, or a catch that no longer draws the door tight, lets unfiltered air slip past the bag on its way towards the motor; alternatively the bumper tears, and from then on the machine leaves its mark on every door frame it touches. Renewing the assembly clears both at a stroke, and it restores the geometry that keeps the bag collar square to the inlet — worth more than it sounds, since a collar sitting slightly askew will leak with a brand-new bag in place.
