We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 54582A4 is a genuine OEM cloth bag assembly for Eureka and Sanitaire commercial uprights, built to be emptied and refitted rather than thrown away, with a slide closure for opening it up. It ships in either red or gray depending on which is in stock, so treat the color as cosmetic rather than a fitment detail.

A shake-out bag that has thinned or lost its slide seal lets dust work back out during use instead of staying trapped, and a machine running on a leaking cloth bag can lose noticeable suction well before the fabric looks worn through. Emptying and inspecting the slide regularly, and replacing the assembly once it no longer seals, keeps a commercial upright running clean between jobs.
