We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM power cord replaces the line cord on the Sanitaire S3681D, SL3681A, and Eureka 3670G, and measures 20 feet 6 inches. Its full fit list covers Eureka and Sanitaire 4393A, 4458A, 4459AS, and SL3681A. The cord carries power from the wall outlet into the machine.
A frayed cord, exposed wire, or intermittent power at the plug is a shock and fire hazard that should be addressed right away. Replacing the cord with the correct length restores a safe connection and the machine's full working reach.
