We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 602897 is a complete replacement for the Sanitaire Mighty Mite's canister hose, arriving with both end fittings so it swaps in for the worn original without extra parts to source.
A commercial canister carried and dragged room to room asks more of its hose than nearly anything else on the machine. Thousands of flex cycles open pinholes in the hose wall long before any damage is visible from outside, and those small leaks rob suction gradually across the entire run rather than through one obvious hole. The joint at each cuff takes the sharpest bending of all, which makes it the first place worth inspecting. Ruling out a kink or a clog trapped in the ribs is a quick step before condemning the hose itself. A canister that pulls carpet fibers weakly at the nozzle but sounds fully powered at the motor is telling you the leak is somewhere between the two.
Once fitted, seat each connector firmly at the machine and at the handle so nothing works loose during use, and give the hose a gentle tug at both ends to confirm neither has pulled free before putting the canister back into service.
