We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The extension tube for Eureka and Sanitaire Mighty Mite 3670 canisters, part 27964119N. It is listed for the 3673A, SC3683D and SL3681A under both names, and adds the length that puts ceiling corners, curtain tops and the back of a staircase within reach.
Tubes fail at their ends. The push-fit taper wears smooth, or a hairline split opens where the tool locks in, and from that point air is drawn in at the joint instead of through the nozzle. It shows up as a tool that has gone weak while the machine itself sounds unchanged, and the giveaway is that suction improves if you squeeze the joint with your hand.
The replacement pushes onto the wand and takes the standard tools at the far end. Check that both ends grip firmly before writing a machine off as having lost power.
