We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the machine end of the hose for the Eureka and Sanitaire MM III canisters, the fitting that locks into the machine's inlet rather than the full hose. Part 15355119N fits the 3673A, SC3683A, SC3683D and SL3681A.
The machine end takes all the twisting. Every time the hose is pulled around a corner or unclipped from the body the fitting gets levered, and eventually the collar cracks or the retaining tabs wear round. Once it no longer locks in square, air leaks at the joint and the hose starts falling out of the machine mid-clean.
Fitting a fresh end is cheaper than buying a complete hose when the tubing itself is still sound. Check the tubing for splits near the cuff before you order, because if that has gone too, the end alone will not fix it.
