Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the genuine Eureka Sanitaire left-side cam used in the handle-release and head-positioning mechanism of several commercial upright vacuums. The cam works against its detent and spring to lock the handle in the upright storage position and to hold the reclined cleaning angles when you step on the release pedal. It is sold as the left-hand piece — the right cam (Part #24964A1) is its mirror counterpart.

A worn or cracked cam causes the handle to feel loose, skip its locked positions, or release unexpectedly. Replacing it restores smooth, positive handle action.
