Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the genuine Eureka Sanitaire right-side cam for the handle-release and recline mechanism on a range of commercial upright vacuums. The cam rides against its spring-loaded detent to hold the handle upright for storage and to lock the cleaning angles when the release pedal is pressed. It is the right-hand piece and works as a mirrored pair with the left cam (Part #24965A1); many repairs call for replacing both sides together.

When the cam wears or breaks, the handle can feel sloppy, fail to hold its positions, or pop loose during use. A fresh cam brings back crisp, secure handle locking.
