Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Eureka and Sanitaire use this shoulder rivet as a pivoting fastener on their SC600/SC800 series commercial uprights, sold as a 10-pack. Coverage includes the C2094FB, C2094G, C2094H, C2095A, C2132A, C2132B, C2133A, C4046F, C4047A, HE4046A, S635A, SC684F and SL635B. A shoulder rivet is shaped to let the two panels it joins pivot slightly against each other instead of binding solid, which is why a machine uses them at any joint that has to open and close repeatedly without working itself loose.

Commercial uprights running daily work these rivets harder than most other hardware on the machine, simply from the number of open-and-close cycles a fleet vacuum piles up in a year. A loosened or sheared rivet usually shows up as a panel that no longer sits tight against its neighbour, or as a joint carrying noticeably more play than it had when the machine was new.

Because these are fleet machines, servicing several at once is common, and the 10-pack covers more than a single repair so a shop does not have to reorder for every loose rivet found during routine maintenance.
