Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Bat Filter Support is a replacement frame for Filter Queen canister models 112A, 112B, 99A, Princess II, and Princess III. It holds the cone-style bat filter in its correct position within the canister so air is routed through the media rather than around it.

If the support cracks, warps, or loses tension, the filter can shift or seat unevenly, which lets dust bypass the media and reach the motor and exhaust. A sound support keeps the filter properly located and sealed, preserving both filtration and suction. Pairing a fresh support with a clean filter returns the system to full performance.
