Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM nozzle guard fits Fuller Brush model FBP_14PWBP and the Titan TC6000 upright. The guard shields the front of the cleaning head, protecting the nozzle housing where it meets baseboards and furniture while helping direct suction and brush action at the floor.

A guard that has cracked or broken away leaves the nozzle exposed, so cleaning turns uneven and the housing takes scuffs and impacts against walls and trim. Installing a fresh guard restores the protective front edge and keeps the head directing airflow cleanly across the surface.
