We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 59137329 is the hose adapter for the Hoover C9023 commercial canister - the fitting where the hose cuff meets the machine - and it also fits the Eureka and Sanitaire C4571A.
Everything the canister draws passes through this joint, so a hairline crack in the adapter bleeds air off before it ever reaches the hose. The machine sounds exactly as strong as it always did while the tools have visibly less pull, and a whistle at the connection with the motor running is often the giveaway.
Adapters crack around the locking tabs, where the hose gets twisted on and off hundreds of times. Check the hose cuff for the same damage while the adapter is off, since a worn cuff will loosen a new adapter's grip in short order.
