Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Because it rides at floor level through an entire shift, this tool absorbs more abuse than any other attachment on the rig. Its neck, where the wand seats in, is usually the first spot to split, and constant dragging across carpet flattens the leading edge over time.
