We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
A rubber O-ring, part 430000965, that seals the lower tube joint on Oreck XL21 and U7000-series uprights. It fits the XL21-600, XL21-700, XL21-750 and XL21-780 machines, the U7000 through U7330 range, the UK30270, UK30300, UK30300COM and UK30300PC, and the BK95519 and Hoover CH95519.
Rubber ages whether the machine is used or not. The ring flattens where it has been compressed, hardens, and eventually splits, and from that point the tube joint draws air. Because the leak sits above the nozzle it costs suction with no sign at floor level: the machine sounds unchanged and simply picks up less. A tube that has started to feel loose or twist in its socket is the other tell.
It is a few pennies of rubber that puts the full airflow back up the tube.
