Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Hoover roller lifter assembly (part #440007796) fits the CH54013, CH54015, CH54113, CH54115, CH95413, and CH95415. The lifter raises and lowers the brushroll so it engages the floor at the correct height.

When the lifter wears or breaks, the brushroll may not seat properly against the carpet, which leads to uneven cleaning and poor agitation. A stuck lifter can also leave the roller too high or too low for the surface. Replacing it restores correct brush engagement.
