We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Hoover shoulder cover (part #440007780) fits the CH54113 and CH54115 and forms the upper housing where the hose and cord wrap route across the machine. It is the upper hose and wrap cover with the pig connection.

A broken or missing shoulder cover exposes the internal hose routing and cord wrap and can let the hose shift out of position. Once the cover is cracked, parts underneath are unprotected and the machine looks and runs rougher. Fitting a sound cover restores proper protection and routing.
