Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Kirby left cover shell trim strip (Part #630914) fits the Kirby AVALIR, AVALIR 2, and AVALIR PLATINUM. It runs down the left side of the housing to protect the shell edge and complete the machine's finished lines. The right-side counterpart is available as part #630814.

Trim strips wear from constant contact with walls and furniture, cracking or peeling until they fall away and leave the shell edge exposed. A fresh strip covers that edge again, guarding against scratches and returning the vacuum to a crisp appearance.
