We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 307389S is the renovator sponge filter for the Kirby Generation 3 shampoo system, and it carried forward across the machines that followed. It is the foam element inside the renovator rather than an exhaust filter, and its job is to keep the solution flowing cleanly.
Foam of this kind stiffens with dried shampoo and with age. Once it has gone hard it restricts rather than filters, and the attachment starts working unevenly across the carpet. Rinsing helps while the foam is still soft; when it no longer springs back after a squeeze, it is finished.
It fits the Kirby Generation 3, G4, G5 and G Six, the Ultimate G and Diamond Edition, the Sentria and Sentria II, and the Avalir, Avalir 2 and Avalir Platinum.
