We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The black upholstery tool for the Kirby Avalir, part 212414. It fits on the hose or wand and gives a wide, flat nozzle for cleaning fabric rather than floors.
Sofa cushions, chair backs, mattresses, curtains and car interiors all hold far more dust, hair and dander than they look like they do, and a floor nozzle is the wrong shape for every one of them. The wide mouth on this tool spreads suction across the fabric so it draws debris out of the weave without pinching or stretching it, and the smooth edges keep it from snagging a loose thread.
It fits the Avalir and Avalir 2 along with the Avalir Platinum, and the same tool is listed back through the Sentria and Sentria II, the Ultimate G and Diamond Edition, and the Generation 3 to 6 machines.
