We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This clear plastic belt lifter lens (Part #145265) lets you read the belt lifter position from outside the vacuum housing on Kirby models spanning the 516 through the D80. It covers the Dual Sanitronic 50, Dual Sanitronic 80, and Sanitronic VII.
Over time the lens yellows, cracks, or pops out, and once it is gone you lose the visual confirmation of whether the brush roll is engaged. A clear new lens makes that check easy at a glance. It is a simple part that restores an at-a-glance status window on the machine.
