Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM motor sprocket gear is the blue gear-only version for Kirby G3 and AV2 uprights. Mounted on the motor shaft, the sprocket passes power to the drive belt and transmission that drive the self-propelled system.

Worn or stripped sprocket teeth let the drive slip, which shows up as weak self-propel, unusual noise, or a machine that suddenly feels heavy to push. Fitting a fresh gear restores solid tooth engagement so the motor's power reaches the drive without loss.
