We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 233506S is the Torx screw that holds the cord clip on a Kirby Sentria II, supplied five to a pack. It also fits the AVALIR, AVALIR 2 and AVALIR PLATINUM, which use the same clip hardware.
The cord clip keeps the power cord routed along the handle instead of hanging free. When its screw loosens or drops out, the clip swings, the cord starts catching under the machine as you draw back, and the strain the clip used to absorb passes straight to the cord entry instead. It is the kind of small failure that quietly shortens the life of a much more expensive part.
With the right Torx bit this is a two-minute repair, and five in a pack means every clip position on the handle can be refastened properly rather than hunting for the single screw that went missing.
