We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The square black em-tor tray, Kirby part 186062S, is the moulded tray that sits under the em-tor on the classic-era Kirby uprights. Its fitment covers the Kirby 505 and 516 and the Dual Sanitronic 50, machines now old enough that original trays are usually cracked, warped or long since lost.
Trays take their damage from handling rather than from running. They get levered out during bag service, dropped, or left to go brittle with age, and a split tray no longer supports the em-tor squarely. What follows is a bag mount that sits slightly askew and never quite seals, so fine dust works its way out around the neck.
Colour varies between black and tan depending on production, so the tray you receive may not match a faded original exactly. Fit is unaffected. Confirm your model before ordering, as tray shape changed across Kirby generations.
