This genuine OEM left-hand housing shell bushing (Part #135860A) is the larger plastic bushing for the Kirby 516 and many later models. It supports the pivot between the handle and cleaning head.
A worn bushing lets the pivot wobble, which causes poor steering and difficulty maneuvering the vacuum. This precision OEM bushing restores tight alignment and smooth, controlled movement.
