Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Kirby rug renovator tank screen (Part #307581A) is the fabric filter screen used across the Kirby shampoo tanks, fitting the Dual Sanitronic 50 and 80, Classic I CR, Classic Omega 1CB, Classic III 2CB, Tradition 3CB, Heritage I, Heritage II, Heritage II Legend, and Legend II. It sits inside the tank and strains the shampoo solution as it leaves.

The screen traps lint and grit so they never reach the foam head or delivery passages. When it tears or clogs, solution flow turns uneven and debris can block the system, leaving thin or patchy foam on the carpet.
