We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Five screen retainers for the Kirby Rug Renovator, part 307665A. The retainer is the small part that holds the screen in position within the shampoo attachment, and it is sold in fives because they are easy to lose and cheap to keep spare.
These tend to go missing during a strip-down rather than fail in use. Tabs snap once the plastic has aged, or a retainer simply does not make it back into the box after a clean. With one gone, the screen shifts out of position and stops sitting where it needs to.
They fit the Kirby Dual Sanitronic 50, the Classic Omega 1CB, the Heritage I and Heritage II, the Heritage II Legend, the Legend II and the Tradition.
