We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This black Kirby wheel fits both the front and rear positions on the Heritage II, the Heritage II Legend and the Legend II, which makes it the one wheel to keep on the shelf for those machines. It is sold individually as part 131982 and also replaces the maroon wheel, part 131988, if you are changing a set over to black.
Wheels on these uprights harden with age. The tread flat-spots where the machine has stood, the bore wears oval on the axle, and the result is a vacuum that thumps as it rolls, drags on hard floors, or leans because one corner has worn further than the others.
Fitting is straightforward on the existing axle. Because the wheels are sold singly, order the number you need, and consider doing all four at once so the machine sits square.
