We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Oreck plastic motor fan (Part #77109-01) is a genuine OEM 7-blade fan for XL21 series uprights, Types 1 through 4 only. Mounted on the motor shaft, the fan is what moves air through the machine to create suction at the floor nozzle.
A fan with chipped, cracked, or broken blades pulls unevenly, which shows up as weak suction, vibration, and unusual noise. A fractured blade can also unbalance the motor and cause further damage. A sound replacement fan restores proper airflow and quiet operation.
