We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the 12.5-inch brush roll for ProTeam's 12-inch ProForce upright, part 107163. It is the component doing the actual work on carpet: the bristles beat fibres loose so airflow can carry the dirt away, which is why a tired brush roll shows up as carpet that still looks walked-on after a pass.
Check the bristles against a straight edge. Once they have worn down close to the roll body, or splayed unevenly, agitation is effectively gone even though suction tests fine at the nozzle.
The roll fits the ProTeam 1200XP and ProForce 1200XP uprights. Clear hair and thread from the end caps and bearings whenever the machine is on its back, since wrapped fibre is what kills bearings and stalls belts long before the bristles are finished.
