Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Two formed wire braces make up part 104500, an internal support that holds a panel assembly square inside ProTeam's 1200XP and ProForce 1200XP HEPA, the 1500XP, ProForce 1500 and 1500XP HEPA, and the ProCare 15XP. It is not a part anyone thinks about until it lets go.
When the brace bends or snaps, the symptom shows up somewhere else entirely. Panels stop lining up at their seams, a section of housing develops flex it never had before, or a component that used to click firmly into place starts working itself loose during use. None of that reads as a broken wire brace to someone who has not opened the machine before, which is why the part gets replaced later than it should.
Because a formed wire part takes its shape once during manufacturing, a brace that has been bent back into rough position after impact rarely returns to true. It may still hold for a while, but the fit is looser than a new one and the panel it braces will start working again sooner. Installing a fresh brace rather than reshaping the old one is the more reliable fix once it has visibly deformed.
Because the pack includes two, the spare travels with the fleet's parts kit rather than sitting on a shelf. Support the housing before removing the old brace so nothing shifts out of alignment while the machine is open, and seat the replacement fully before closing the panel back up.
